Setting up network file and printer sharing can be complex and require IT administrative support. The default functionality built in to operating system only allows you to open up your network completely to all registered users. It does not enable you to allocate access privileges on an individual user or individual file basis.With ZAShare you get simple and secure file and printer sharing with just a simple click of the mouse. No more emailing files to yourself just to print them out; no more copying files to USB drives to migrate files and data from one computer to another; and no more copying or emailing files for collaboration on projects

Additionally ZAShare allows you to share PST files in read-only mode over a network for multiple people's concurrent access. Use ZAShare to open PST files over the network using standard OUTLOOK program – NO new software installation required on the client and or OUTLOOK program.

Archive PST files on read only media like DVD/CD-ROM instead of copying them to local folder. ZAShare uniquely enables users to access PST files on read-only media such as DVD and CDROM.
